Once received, we will inspect the return and process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days

Exceptions

Please note that certain items and circumstances are not eligible for standard returns:

  • Perishable goods and temperature-controlled shipments
  • Hazardous materials and regulated substances
  • Custom-manufactured or specially ordered items
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling by the recipient
